    The Master Budget for the company COMPAQUE CIA.LTDA, has been elaborated for the year 2017, with the purpose of improving the failings that it possesses, such as the evil I handle, control and supervision of the resources, which prevents him from taking efficient decisions. This administrative tool allows the company to make sound decisions and develop strategies to streamline the company's resources, as well as giving management a focus on how to manage, control and measure the use of the resources it has. The method that has been used is mixed, since real information has been provided for the preparation of the project that has been provided by the company's staff.
