    Frecuencia de esteatohepatitis no alcohólica en pacientes con diabetes mellitus, dislipidemias de hipertensión arterial en el departamento de clínica del Hospital Regional Vicente Corral Moscoso, Cuenca, el los años 2003-2004

    Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a common metabolic disorder characterized by lipid accumulation level hepatocyte cytoplasm. This is a descriptive clinical study, conducted in 114 patients "Vicente Corral Moscoso" Hospital of the city of Cuenca, whose bjective is to determine the frequency of NASH in diabetics, dyslipidemic and hypertensive patients. The results were: 17 cases of NASH (14.9) among the 114 patients studied. The frequency according to the previous diagnosis was 12.9 among diabetics, hypertensive and 15.22 in 33.33 in dyslipidemic. The age at which NASH is most common ranging from 50 to 79 years. No cases were reported in children under 39 years. The most common female sex was 7.5 cases per male case. Most patients came from urban areas. And the frequency of overweight was found 29,41igual respect to obesity
