This phenomenon affects the development and well-being of migrants, so knowing the aspects of their quality of life and their coping strategies is of great importance to understand their health. Thus, this research aimed to analyze these two variables in migrants participating in the Technical and Marketing Skills Strengthening Program in the city of Cuenca, during the 2024-2025 period. To this end, a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional study with a descriptive and correlational scope was conducted. 80 migrants participated, and the data collection instruments were the WHOQOL-BREF and CSI. A sociodemographic form was also administered at the beginning of the evaluation. The most important results indicate that the predominant dimensions of quality of life were psychological health (M = 62.45) and social relationships (M = 61.35); and the most commonly used coping strategies were problem solving (M = 12.13) and wishful thinking (M = 11.16). Finally, a positive relationship was found between physical quality of life and emotional expression (P = .001), and between the dimensions of psychological health and social relationships and the use of problem-solving strategies (P = .001) and cognitive restructuring (P = .001). Therefore, it is concluded that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and coping strategies.
