(Universidad de Cuenca, 2021-05-26) Coronel Rojas, Karla Estefania; Parra Toledo, Eliana Catalina; Ortega Chica, Paula Soledad
Background: Behavioral problems are common during early childhood, so it is important to identify them in time to be able to modify them and prevent them from becoming a disorder. Today, behavior problems continue to be a subject of social unrest since the consequences they cause are negative, causing in boys and girls: poor school performance, rejection by peers, etc. The Eyberg scale is an inventory that will help us identify behavior problems in children from 2 to 5 years old, although it is applicable up to 13 years of age. Objective: To identify behavior problems in boys and girls between 2 and 5 years old who receive early stimulation teletherapy with the interns of the University of Cuenca. Materials and methods: Quantitative Descriptive Study applied to 70 parents of boys and girls from 2 to 5 years of age who receive teletherapy with early stimulation inmates of the University of Cuenca. After obtaining the informed consent of the representatives, the application of the Eyberg Inventory will begin. Expected results: The results will be published in the Library of the University of Cuenca. The information will be given to the representatives of the children who will be part of the study to continue with the appropriate support.
