    Podcast: experiencias de vida de los trabajadores de servicio de limpieza urbano de Cuenca

    This study explores the life experiences of urban cleaning service workers in the city of Cuenca, with the aim of revaluing their work through the creation and dissemination of a podcast entitled "In My Shoes." Using a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted to capture the lived experiences, challenges, and contributions of these essential workers to the well-being and aesthetics of the city. The results reveal a mixture of resilience, pride in their work, and significant challenges related to social recognition and working conditions. The conclusions point to the need for more inclusive and supportive policies that recognize the diversity of experiences and needs within this labor group and foster greater appreciation for their indispensable contribution to society. This study not only sheds light on the reality of these workers but also seeks to inspire a shift in public perception through personal and emotive narratives disseminated through the podcast.
