    Plan de ordenamiento territorial de la parroquia Abdón Calderón y su articulación al PDOT cantonal

    This paper aims to study the spatial planning system is in a specific area such as Parish Abdon Calderon , the proposed work for the realization of the PLAN OF TERRITORIAL PARISH Abdon Calderon took the methodology proposed by Dr. Domingo Gómez Orea in his book, The Territorial management , this study is defined in the following parts : The first part takes a theoretical approach to conceptual and constitutional framework , the relationship between development and land use planning , methodologies plans that allow an approach to the conceptualization of the Rural Territorial Development . In the constitutional framework the relationship between planning , spatial planning, exclusive and concurrent powers , and articulation on current laws for the country under study. The second part covers the Development if the PO.T. Parish , considering the following components of the territorial system : Physical Environment or natural system , population and human activities , human settlements and related infrastructure ; Legal and institutional framework . Posing while planning as a sequential and interactive process -oriented objectives in the short , medium and long term , which is developed in the following phases: Preparatory or initial , diagnostic, planning , land management or execution. This study concludes with the completion of the common determinants with the Rural Development Plan Parish set out in Part III of Spatial Planning and Urban Book a path for implementation in Ecuador raised by architect Fernando Pauta.
