    Objective: Determine the domain of Cultural Patterns of Health most common in mothers of children under one year seen at Health Center 2015 El Valle Cuenca. METHODS AND MATERIALS. is a prospective descriptive research and Cohort, I work with a random sample of 100 mothers, interviews, surveys and direct observation, on the Domain of Cultural Patterns of Health Common mothers I was used Children under one year seen at Health Center Valle. RESULTS.- Data collected in the Center of El Valle to research participants were validated and tabulated by the authors, obtaining a broad view of the domain of Cultural Patterns of Health most common in mothers of children under one year treated at the Health Center Valley, finding various ancient practices that remain in the age group studied. CONCLUSIONS.- In the community of El Valle of the City of Cuenca mothers of children under one year maintained their customs of traditional medicine despite being shown through various studies that this practice endanger the health of children
