    Diagnóstico para el diseño de estrategias de comunicación interna y externa para la gestión social del GAD Parroquial de Turi

    The purpose of this research was to diagnose the internal and external communication that GAD Parroquial de Turi currently has, with the strategic objective of the internal and external communication of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Turi parish as its main objective. To meet this objective, internal and external communication techniques were raised; In the internal sphere, the data collection methodology was used in the first place with the purpose of selecting documents of experts referring to the topics treated in the investigation; in the second place, the SWOT technique was used to know the Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats that the Parish GD of Turi has; Finally, the interview technique was proposed in which the main communication annoyances presented by the work team in the entity were determined. On the other hand, in the external field, the technique of a training workshop was first used, with the purpose of explaining the terms used in the communication so that the inhabitants of the community have a greater understanding when carrying out the surveys; secondly, the problem tree was used to know the communication problem and identify its causes and effects; Finally, surveys were applied to the 24 communities, obtaining as a result that 73% of the respondents consider that if there is communication between the Parochial GAD of Turi and their communities, while 27% indicate that they do not have good communication for the reason that The president does not disclose the activities that are being carried out to benefit them.
