The most important results determine that the legal structure of the company Pasamanería S.A. conforms to the guidelines and principles established in the Organic Law on Disability and the Labor Code. Also, the majority of workers with disabilities are aware of the regulations and rights that guarantee labor inclusion. On the other hand, when analyzing the inclusion practices of the company Pasamanería S.A., from the position of people with disabilities, the results are favorable, but the participants consider the need to access workshops to strengthen their skills and abilities in the knowledge area, as well as in the emotional area and to integrate the family as a support for labor inclusion.
