The implementation of a communication plan for the socialization and dissemination of the tactical plan of the Economics and Administrative Sciences School in the University of Cuenca is not only a pressing need but also an opportunity to strengthen internal cohesion and project a coherent and organized institutional image. Moreover, the contemporary academic environment demands a constant adaptation to the expectations of the various stakeholders, which is why the faculty must have communication tools that facilitate efficient interaction between students, teachers, administrators, and the community in general. In this sense, a well-structured communication plan not only promotes knowledge management and the dissemination of relevant information but also enhances the institution's ability to respond to emerging challenges and opportunities. On the basis of these premises, this project intends to explore, design, and implement a communication and socialization plan based on an analysis of the current state of the communicative processes within the institution. Identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats will subsequently allow the delineation of strategies and actions aimed at optimizing information flows, improving interaction between the various actors, and enhancing the visibility of the faculty in the academic and professional environment. In synthesis, the present project establishes a clear and viable road map on the correct management of the communicative processes and channels that will strengthen the strategic positioning of the faculty in the educational, communicative, administrative, and management panorama.
