    This research aims to determine how it affects the lack of attention and the disengagement of parents dedicated to their work or other activities, neglecting adolescents unable to meet their basic needs by proposing to provide quality time at home and educate parents and mothers who must balance work and at home. Orient parents and mothers about the value of time and the importance of spending quality time for our teenager, it's important to the role of boys and girls to understand their complex situation of adolescence, listen to them, understand their changes physical and rules, roles and limits that will form our character and personality that we will identify with this process until adulthood.
