Considering that the Gliricidia sepium plant is used for its properties empirically active drug in South and Northeast Colombia Ecuador for the treatment of classic dengue. This experimental work aims to study some of the immunostimulatory properties, antipyretic and aintiinflamatoria of the plant in experimental animals. It should be noted that this is the first study reported in the literature on these properties of that plant. Immunostimulatory activity was negative at doses vas analyzed, using the detection method in the ring test in vivo models. The antipyretic effect was evaluated in four doses, reaching to determine who owns the activity at doses of 3.4 and 10 mg / kg. It is very intense effect dose of 10 mg / kg; finding better results when compared with naproxen 10mg / kg. The method used was the induction of fever by beer yeast. The anti-inflammatory activity, using the model of inflammation of the plantar aponeurosis of mouse paw resulted a good response with doses tested (110 and 130 mg / kg). However, when compared with the reference pattern (diclofenac 0.02 mg / kg), none exceeded the intensity of this
