In our contemporaneity, the kidney tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum) is a very important vegetable worldwide due to its high consumption. In our country and in the province of Azuay this crop represents a great economic importance, therefore, it is ideal to obtain a good production and profitability. In order to produce this crop, large amounts of fertilization are needed, so the use of biofertilizers would help to reduce certain impacts on the environment. This research was developed to evaluate the effect of two biostimulants based on cytokinins and free amino acids on vegetative development, yield and quality of kidney tomato under greenhouse conditions. A completely randomized design (CRD), four treatments plus the control and three replications for each treatment were used. The variables evaluated were plant height, number of leaves, lateral shoots, stem diameter, number of fruits harvested, weight of harvested fruits expressed as yield in ton/ha, color, size and firmness of the fruit. The reading of the data began thirty days after transplanting and to analyze the data a comparison was made using the Tukey Tests at 5% in the Infostat program. At the end of the analysis, it was determined that the application of bioproducts had a significant influence on the crop, where all treatments showed significant differences in relation to the control treatment. However, none of the products influenced the number of lateral shoots and stem diameter, considering that this depends on many factors such as environmental conditions, genetic characteristics of the variety.
