This thesis makes the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of Social Intervention Project for Child Development Children's Center of Good Living (CIBV) Divine Child, through an agreement made between the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES) and Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) of Chordeleg; verifying the same compliance. First, the concepts of keywords used to develop the corresponding analysis; then a description of the object of study is performed concerning the GADMunicipal Chordeleg and MIES. The main point of this research is based on the application of indicators of efficiency, effectiveness and strategic.It was necessary for the development of beneficiary surveys of CIBV. Finally we proceed to present the findings and recommendations due.
