    The analysis of the supply chain is a tool that helps manage the entire workflow of a company with management products from warehouse, distribution and direct delivery to customers or suppliers, so, logistics is a internal component of the supply chain, which ensures to meet the needs and assessments of each process coordinated by those responsible. This work will be focused on the characterization and analysis of the supply chain Company Sausages "XY", including activities involving the production and processing of raw materials to final product such as sausages, regulating transport operations , manufacturing, distribution, financial and other areas of the company, allowing efficient management through appropriate information flow. The benefit analysis of the supply chain is to achieve efficiency in each process, improving service to the customer: delivery time, price, product quality, delivery turn to new markets; so, its scope is not only local but allow to increase its national market facing competition, through appropriate marketing strategies. Proper tracking of raw materials, and financial information during the process of production of a good, entails the coordination and integration of the company and the suppliers of materials for processing into a product made with reduced inventories.
