Item Análisis de la autonomía de mujeres que reciben el bono de desarrollo humano en Cuenca(2018) Cuasapaz Jarro, Manuel Fernando; Deleg Saquicaray, Lorena Rocío; Orellana Espinoza, Elvis PatricioThe Human Development Bond (BDH) is a program that is part of conditional cash transfer programs (CCT) whose main objective is to help reduce poverty through the strengthening of human capital invested in education and health, however this program it does not analyze the autonomy of beneficiary women or mothers, but on the contrary, it fosters and makes invisible the role of women's care work, a discussion that is focused on the ideas of the theory of care. Furthermore, CCTs are programs focused on children. and adolescents, which is why evaluations have naturally focused on their impact on them, leaving aside aspects of relationships within the home between mothers and children, and between spouses, as well as between households and authorities that administer the program. The work aims to identify specific aspects generated in the autonomy of women, their relationship with care work and the public policy behind the BDH program, for which fifteen in-depth interviews were conducted distributed among six beneficiaries, six women no beneficiaries and three technicians from the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion related to the program. We found that the autonomy of women is limited from the beginning, as they assume as their responsibility the activities of caring for the house and the people who make up the family without taking the time to develop their own skills or generate their own livelihood In addition, CCT programs continue to promote the division of responsibilities based on gender within the family through the assignment of co-responsibility to women.Item Aportes a la construcción del buen vivir desde las comunidades, organizaciones y movimientos sociales de la provincia del Azuay(2014) Orellana Espinoza, Elvis Patricio; Astudillo Banegas, José Efraín- The Good Life has been a topic of debate in recent years in Ecuador, from the Constitutional process that resulted in the Constitution of the year two thousand eight. It is a family organization composed of 68 associates, which I belong too, it was born in the year of 2007 over two main pillars: solidarity and cooperation. The purpose of this study was to determine the elements that this organization is contributing to the community development of San Antonio, and to identify the changes (of any kind) that have generated in the community since it was created. The participants of this research were nine members of the CACEH and three current leaders of the community San Antonio, to whom were applied semi-structured interviews. After the application of the interviews, with the intervention of the participants, we built a time line in order to identify those historical moments that had an impact on what is currently constituted, but also to know and compile how they are being projected (on the individual, family and community level). The first result reveals that the CACEH has consolidated elements (solidarity, union and values that involve sharing, caring for others and transcending from the individual to the collective) that have been historically present in the community of San Antonio, as well it is evident important qualitative changes (ideology, thought, values) in the associates of the CACEH, and also in the members of the San Antonio community, even though they are not members of the organization. It is possible to affirm that the organizational processes depend on the particularities of each context, but that they are built, weaved and strengthened in a kind of constant interaction between certain organized groups and their immediate system (community).Item La incidencia de la participación en el sostenimiento de emprendimientos asociativos(2018) Escobar Ramón, Patrick Arquímedes; Puetate Piedra, Raúl Ismael; Orellana Espinoza, Elvis PatricioThis work shows the importance of the participation in the development of associative enterprises arising in Cuenca city, as an alternative to the capitalist model that converges in a neo-liberal market where competition is crucial for progress. Since the construction of a theorical framework is criticism that perspective that has brought sequels in the constitution of the socio-economic system, which relegates basic principles of solidarity and cooperation, values essential for the strengthening of the societies. Conversational techniques trying to understand the conceptual dimension is played by the same members and leaders belonging to such associations, the results show the opinions, perceptions, feelings, motivations, attitudes, experiences and visions that have on the activity carried out; These associations have built other ways to carry out their projects, from a socio-economy of solidarity that emphasizes self-management as the product of leadership, the sense of ownership and empowerment, transcendental aspects of the participation for the support of these initiatives, which are essentially opposed to the dominant idea of financial and economic utility. The policy from the Ecuadorian State on popular and solidary economy is contradictory, and recommended that those emerging forms of associative entrepreneurship are recognized and supported as an activity that responds to a different sector of the economics official, since it is essential for the sustainability of such initiatives, which generate a valuable contribution in the social divides.Item Plan de negocios de una consultora en desarrollo organizacional(2010) Orellana Espinoza, Elvis Patricio; Cordero López, Juan Francisco
