Relación entre la composición corporal con la calidad de la dieta y actividad física en mujeres que asisten al Centro de Entrenamiento Funcional “Lively”. Cuenca - Ecuador 2024
(Universidad de Cuenca, 2025-03-17) Ochoa Peralta, Alex Damian; Zúñiga Carpio, Gabriela Alexandra
The average adult has limited time to engage in recreational activities like physical exercise, often resulting in insufficient activity. Combined with factors such as poor diet quality and an unhealthy body composition, the risk of developing non-communicable diseases increases. Most evidence focuses on sedentary populations, highlighting the need to analyze and understand these factors in women practicing functional training. This study aimed to determine the relationship between body composition, diet quality, and physical activity in women who regularly attend the "Lively" Functional Training Center from September to November 2024.
