    Propuesta de agroturismo para la Hacienda El Prado, cantón Saraguro, provincia de Loja

    Hacienda "El Prado" located in the Tablón parish, in Saraguro canton, province of Loja; it has an extension of 90 hectares, and a wide variety of natural attractions and agricultural activities appropriate for tourism practices that complement the economy of the hacienda. Thus, the project is addressed to the utilization of resources that are not currently being managed, so that the tourists benefit from an authentic experience and quality; and for that, as the owners and the community, the implementation of this proposal represents and economic benefit. The objectives to achieve in this intervention proposal are: to determine the resources available at the hacienda, to analyze the tourist resources that allow the performance of agrotourism activities, to make a proposal of tourist services based on the tourist infrastructure and premises; to conduct a market study, a financial analysis, a promotion and marketing plan and finally a management model for the proposal of the hacienda "El Prado".
