Item Estudio descriptivo de técnicas de persuasión y su utilización en la página de Facebook de la empresa F-records(2018) Ochoa Novillo, Carlos Alberto; Gárate Andrade, Wilson OrlandoThe present research Descriptive study of persuasion techniques and their use in the Facebook page of the company F-records had the purpose of realizing, based on the topic of persuasion techniques in social networks, to specify which are the more effective techniques that persuade the target audiences. Several explanations were explained: As principal author, Robert Cialdini, an acclaimed and well-known writer and psychologist, who for many years devoted himself to the study of persuasion in people; work in determined six techniques as their most relevant and effective. The main objective of this work was to know how persuasion techniques work; how they are applied in social networks and what results they can offer to companies. Also note the satisfactory results provided by managing all these processes in a correct, efficient and concrete manner, thus ensuring the opening of a greater space among the target audiences that may be the future consumers of the goods or services offered by the organizations. It was the purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of this study through the verification and application of the different persuasion techniques, as these are exposed to different audiences in the middle of the Cuenca, through the application made on the company's Facebook social network F-records.
