With the aim of constructing the stories about the training systems of the Nursing School of the University of Cuenca in the context of local and international realities. It is an opportune work of value to know in depth the different processes that the Nursing School (Cuenca-Ecuador) has had to pass from its beginnings to the present day, in order to obtain the recognition it currently has, both at the national level and international. Throughout its 36 years of history, the school has been emerging through the work and effort of all those who have been or have participated in this magnificent work as is the training of professionals and non-professionals in Nursing, in order to To help improve and meet the needs of the health sector. Through this research it has been possible to see very important positive and negative aspects that influenced the historical trajectory of the school. Among the positive aspects has been through courses, seminars, training, masters, postgraduate, etc. Negative aspects: disintegration among teachers, the loss of space of the nurse in her field of action, since she previously played different roles than can be seen nowadays
