    It is based on the risks and musculoskeletal complications in the cleaning staff of two areas of the Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso, taking as a reference a group of 20 people from two areas because in carrying out their various activities do not use the necessary techniques for the Maintenance of a proper posture, nor do they use the correct protection measures, reason why they strive to the musculoskeletal system when adopting inadequate postures that over time brings them serious problems for their health, resorting in the later to be subjected to physiotherapy. E proposes a proposal with different items that it pretends to be fulfilled and an evaluation mechanism has been planned so that it is followed up by other students
