The work has focused on five chapters, the first speech of the construction cost accounting, the second deals with the recruitment process, while the third deals with generalities and cost elements that are the conceptual basis for better understanding of this work, so we got to the goal of our thesis being the fourth chapter develops a practical application for which we take the case of one of the works awarded to Mr. Nestor Ochoa and the last chapter is exposed to the conclusions, recommendations and schedules of work. Thus, during the development of the work will need to have a clear understanding of what constitutes the contract for the construction of an asset that are closely interrelated or interdependent in terms of their design, technology and function.
