    Propuesta de rehabilitación estructural del Colegio Nacional Ingapirca y evaluación económica para su intervención

    The final result of the monograph provides constructive and reinforcing solutions to certain structural elements of Ingapirca National High school, including theirbeams and columns, which have been evaluated by a pathological and have been under study at different destructive testing, semi-destructive and non-destructive testing like carbonation, coring, esclerometría and frame scan. Based on this diagnosis we modeled different frames using SAP 2000 software in order to identify vulnerable parts of the building and thus define the need for intervention for structural reinforcement elements and return to their proper bearing capacity. In the same way we describe solutions to other pathologies found as moisture, release coating walls, fissures and cracks. The solutions for rehabilitation are accompanied by an economic chart, which analyzes prices of materials and labor costs.
