Item Efectos hemonidamicos en pacientes sometidas a cesárea utilizando anestesia raquídea en el Hospital José Carrasco Arteaga Cuenca – 2015(2017) Moscoso Machuca, Johanna Paola; Ordóñez Castro, Estefanía Rocío; Espinoza León, Juan Carlos; Mosquera Vallejo, Lorena ElizabethBackground: The cesarean operation is a surgical procedure widely used in cases where the patient can’t reach a vaginal delivery due to problems that would compromise the life of the patient or fetus. Spinal anesthesia is the technique most used for this surgical procedure, however, the use of this technique can produce various hemodynamic effects, which are of great relevance to the knowledge doctor. General Objective: To determine the hemodynamic effects in patients received to cesarean operation using spinal anesthesia at the Hospital José Carrasco Arteaga Cuenca – 2015. Methodology: We performed a retrospective descriptive study. The research universe was all the clinical records of patients received to cesarean operation using spinal anesthesia in the period January-April 2015 at the José Carrasco Arteaga Hospital. Data were collected from the database, by using a form for further analysis using the program SPSSv15.0. Results: Of a total of 231 patients, 49.80% presented hemodynamic changes, where 29.01% corresponded to blood pressure, 10.39% heart rate, 2.60% respiratory rate and 7.80% oxygen. 50.20% represent the patients who did not present hemodynamic modifications. Conclusion: The total number of patients undergoing cesarean under spinal anesthesia showed that hemodynamic changes with higher prevalence are subject to hypotension (29.01%)
