    Modelo de negocio para la Cámara de la Pequeña Industria del Azuay periodo 2018 – 2021

    The present business model is carried out under the strategic management approach, aiming to improve the corporate image and management of the Small Industry Chamber of Azuay – CAPIA. A non-profit guild that operates in Cuenca, Ecuador. This model starts acknowledging CAPIA current situation, allowing to define its value chain, making possible to identify CAPIA’s strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, the business model is developed with the use of a market survey to create a distinguished service proposal, an analysis of internal and external CAPIA’s environments, formulation of a strategic plan, supported by corporate social responsibility, preparation of an operational plan through the balanced scorecard, and an economic and financial analysis. Finally, risks and impacts of the model, with its respective mitigation procedures, are measured, and by means of Crystall Ball software the model is simulated, with an overall goal to support the implementation of the model.
