    Generación de un modelo de evaluación con directrices de calidad basado en análisis de componentes principales y árboles de clasificación para su integración en el modelo IMAGINE extendido

    The investigation had purpose of create an evaluation model for quality management systems based on the extended IMAGINE model. This being a management system that incorporates quality variables and corporate social responsibility. It began with the revision of the guidelines contained in the model; as it had system guidelines such as ISO 9001, EFQM, Lean, Deming Manager, Malcolm Baldrige. As a second step, a selection of guidelines necessary for the evaluation was made, in this the experience of the application of guidelines by the industries of the Austro was considered. Third, the information was processed through the statistical analysis of main components and decision trees to finally formulate the model. As a result, quality guidelines were obtained, valued as substantial by the companies of the Austro, which were used as input to structure the evaluation model. The model is governed by 4 guidelines that can predict performance in any company: classifying it as low, medium, and high its process management system, it also has a table of components that groups the guidelines to identify the points of greatest performance of the evaluated organization.
