    Seguridad y efectos de las vacunas para covid-19

    Background: On December 31, 2019, the first case of Covid-19 was detected in the City of Wuhan, China, and in March 2020, a health emergency was declared due to the accelerated spread of the virus in the world, to reduce serious cases. of covid-19, prevention measures were implemented in the vaccination process. Therefore, studies were developed to verify the safety and effects of this process. Marked side effects were found in inoculated people such as fever, body pain, vomiting, nausea, chills, headache, sore throat, myalgia, arthralgia, diarrhea. Objectives: Investigate the safety and effects of vaccines for covid-19. Methodology: The research was carried out through a bibliographic review in the digital databases: scielo, science-direct, google academic, pubmed and medline, with bibliographiessince 2019, for which the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting of Information) methodology was used. Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) and a four-phase flowchart. The identification, screening, eligibility and selection (inclusion) of scientific articles will begin in 2019. The journals that were used are those found between Q1 and Q4. The search for articles was carried out in the DeCS directories: Covid-19 vaccines. Mesh: Covid-19 vaccines, complementing the investigation with the Boolean operators: AND, OR, and NOT. The results will be presented in summary tables. Results obtained: During the administration of COVID- 19 vaccines, side effects include hyperthermia, headache, myalgia, arthralgia, exaggerated pain at the injection site, chills, fatigue and dizziness. In populations aged 5 to 11 years, dizziness (12.3%) and fatigue (10.3%) stood out; from 12 to 15 years, chills (27.4%), dizziness (16.3%), fatigue (9.9%), headache (7.9%); and from 16 to 17 years, chills (35.1%), dizziness (17.1%), fatigue (11.8%) and headache (7.2%). Conclusion: AstraZeneca, SinoVac, J&J, Pfizer, Moderna, had a 95% CI and different people presented side effects after inoculation with these vaccines, all this information was obtained from different studies and research.
