    Propuesta de desarrollo turístico rural post COVID-19 para las comunidades de la parroquia Susudel del cantón Oña

    In this graduation work, a proposal of rural tourism development post COVID-19 is raised for the communities of the parish Susudel in the canton Oña. This intervention project starts with the literature review to establish the theoretical bases; on the other hand, the in-depth interview is used as a tool to know the perception of the tourism actors, both direct and indirect to the parish, the results are analyzed with Atlas.ti software. Subsequently, the log for survey and ranking of tourist attractions of the Ministry of Tourism is used, and field visits are made for the analysis of the tourist offer, in the same way, the study of the potential demand is done through semi-structured interviews addressed to the operating and dual agencies of the city of Cuenca and studied through a mental map to know the market opportunities. Finally, cross-SWOT and the problem tree are used to understand tourism valuation; and, the tree of objectives to elaborate the portfolio of tourism projects analyzed in the logical framework. The results obtained will be of great help to reactivate the tourism of the Susudel parish territory in the post-pandemic context. Keywords: Development, Rural tourism, COVID-19, Community.
