    Proyecto integrador para la creación de una planta procesadora de leche cruda en la ciudad de Biblián para el período 2019

    The objective of this work is the elaboration of an integrated project for the implementation of a raw milk processing plant in the Biblian city for the period 2019, which will strengthen the sustainable development of Cantón Biblián, through the implementation of inclusive businesses to support the Base of the Pyramid of the raw milk value chain, made up of small milk producers, and thus improve their quality of life, thus generating a change in the productive matrix, through a community approach. In addition, an own brand will be created with which Biblianenses feel identified and can be known at the provincial, national and international levels. The methodology used is the Scheme of the Senplades, which contemplates the Guide for the presentation of Terms of Reference for Pre-investment Studies, since being a project that has the collaboration of the Municipality of Biblián, it must be governed by this regulation; however, certain modifications have been made since it has been necessary to modify aspects that were indispensable to analyze in the present project. The integrating project for the creation of a raw milk processing plant in the city of Biblián for the period 2019, started from the market study, which provided the necessary information to analyze the technical, financial, economic, environmental and social aspects. This led to the conclusion of the project's viability and its sustainability over time, improving the quality of life of small milk producers.
