Diagnóstico de la comunicación interna del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Girón
(2018) Morocho Carchi, Esthela Marlene; Gárate Andrade, Wilson Orlando
The purpose of this research was to determine the internal communication level of GAD Municipal de Girón, with the main objective of diagnosing internal communication, determining the benefits at the institutional level through efficient management of the same. To achieve the objective, a bibliographic review methodology was used first; in the second place, a field investigation was carried out; as a third phase, all the data obtained was analyzed; finally, a proposal for internal communication was proposed. In the field research, an observation was made in order to obtain relevant data directly about the communicative processes that take place in the institution and the problems that arise when the procedures have internal flaws. On the other hand, interviews were applied that allowed to obtain extended information about the opinions that the authorities and employees have about the state of the communication in the entity. Finally, a survey was applied to the employees of GAD Municipal de Girón to determine the level of internal communication through statistical data. The results obtained in the research showed that 43% of the respondents have a "good" perception, that is, they are fairly consistent with the internal communication processes, and on the other hand, 20% consider that addressing this issue is important. However, internal communication, as it is a process of radical importance for the proper functioning of the entire institution, cannot present flaws.
