Item Perfil epidemiológico de los vendedores ambulantes de la Asociación el Aventurero Cuenca 2015 – 2016(2016) Morocho Bacuilima, Lorena Elizabeth; Peralta Pacurucu, Ligia Elena; Merchán, María GerardinaBackground: To the workers of the informal sector in our Country as in the whole world the necessary attention does not lend not priority, by the nature of his activities they have been considered to be marginal, for this reason we have been thinking about directing important this investigation this vulnerable population. Objective: To determine the epidemiological profile of the peddlers of the Association “The Adventurer”. Cuenca 2015-2016 Methodology: The study is descriptive, quantitative and transverse. 59 informal workers were effected in The Association “The Adventurer”. 1. The physical examination and the anamnesis was in use for establishing the conditions of health of the ambulant workers. 2. One handled the interview using a form of record for the living conditions. 3. The direct observation was executed in the determination of the conditions of work. Results: 27, 1 % of the merchants is 50-year-old adults and more, 95 % is women, with level of primary instruction 37,3 %. 98, 4 % has his positions in the streets of the city; 30, 6 % commercializes fruits, 28,9 % vegetables between the most common. 89,8 % works intensely with extensive schedules; 57,6 % keeps a position average seated; 64,4 % uses protection measures; 66,1 % of the population does not know on measures of hygiene in the work, 83,1 % agrees that there is abuse of authority on the part of organisms of control. Between the problems of health related to the work we have: myalgia 14,8 %, secondly with 13,1 % headache, in lesser percentage cold and stomach problems with 6,6 %. 44,1 % of sellers lives in house own and hired with equal percentage; the use of the public transport is most used to move with 67 %.
