    The purpose of the International Regulations COSO – ERM is to identify potential events that affect the entity, so that management can be addressed in an efficient and effective actions to be taken against the risks identified like creating and spreading a culture of prevention against the risk this thesis topic seeks to fulfill this objective by assessing the potential risks posed Practika Muebles. As is generally known, all companies have risks which need to be addressed for this reason we consider the importance of developing the theme proposed by a research field under the legislation which allows that function. For this our thesis topic EVALUACION DE RIESGOS A LOS PROCESOS DE COMPRA Y PRODUCCION BAJO LA METODOLOGIA COSO – ERM EN LA FABRICA PRACTIKA MUEBLE allows management to have a clear picture of how to treat the different risks presented and the benefits to be gained by giving a correct answer to facilitate proper achievement of objective.
