    Cementation understood as a clinical process aimed at the physics, chemistry or physical chemistry union between tooth substrate and indirect restorations, has undergone a significant change due to technological advances in dentistry. The choice of different dental materials used in indirect restorations cementation of metal, ceramic or resinous, the professional is a requirement for more effective treatments and in turn greater aesthetic and functional satisfaction for patients. The objetive of this project, is the develop a thorough theoretical study of the types, materials and cementing clinical protocols, as well as the preparation of the substrates and the respective dental restorations. An investigation of this nature will be a source of valid and reliable knowledge for the proper selection of different cementing agents, this will help to achieve effective practice and quality health care for our patients

    Perhaps by a variety ofreasons, the children with special needs require occasionally to receive treatment of an Odontologist that specializes in its cate. Between those reasons situations like some incapacíties are included, like the Syndrome of Down or other syndromes that bring about craneofacíales anomalies, can cause that the boy is the more susceptible to dental problems. Cer- taín drugs, like certain anti-epileptic, can contribute to that they appear dental decays and diseases of encías. Perhaps the parents of children with physical or cogni- tive incapacities have difficulties to provide daily dental care in the home. To find a Odontólogo described can be more difficult since it constitutes a challenge and a task that a greater physical and professional exigeney demands to obtain an efficient attention, but not an unattainable challenge, because with love and patience all the objectives will be reached drawn up.
