    This degree work consists of five parts: first a theoretical research on the recovery of degraded space is performed, taking Domingo Gómez Orea methodology that methodology will focus on the analysis of the landscape so that the essential features are captured help to value in an appropriate manner. The process of the recovery plan to address space , will form a 2nd hand, consists of the Preparatory phase that makes problem diagnosis or degradation , a historical overview of the space being treated, the delimitation of the problem area and area of intervention and style, approach and treatment goals; followed by the Diagnosis phase ( 3rd part), which comprises the site analysis and environmental analysis , the next phase is the phase of the Plan Formulation (4th part), whose final goal as its name implies formulate the master or target space regain royalty plan , consists of a set of analyzes that will help you determine environmental units and potential activities , such activities will be distributed according to the carrying capacity of the drive sharing or activities under activity relationship analysis , ending with all whose balance analysis will help determine possible strategies to help formulate the master plan or target image ; finally programs and projects ( 5th part ), which are actions that help to reach the design of the master plan or target image is determined .
