    Auditoría de gestión al Departamento de Talento Humano a la Empresa Pública Municipal Mancomunada de Aseo Integral de los cantones Cañar, Biblián, El Tambo y Suscal, para el año 2016

    Our integrative project called Audit of Management to the Department of Human Talent of the Joint Municipal Public Company of Integral Cleanliness of the Cantons Cañar, Biblián, El Tambo and Suscal, for the year 2016 was applied in order to verify the degree of compliance of the processes, detect deficiencies and propose recommendations to improve processes of the subsystems. In Chapter I, the company's information is presented as background, who make it up, how it is born, activity, organizational structure, mission, vision values, policies, information that helped us to know and familiarize ourselves with the company and its nature. Chapter II is made up of the theoretical framework, that govern the company and the conceptual framework that contains definitions about the audit that helped us in the execution of our project. In Chapter III, the internal control standards were put into practice, the management audit manual of the Comptroller General of the State in the execution of the audit in its 4 stages, which are Preliminary Planning, Specific Planning, Execution and Communication of Results. In this process, sufficient and pertinent evidence was obtained for the elaboration of the work papers, which allowed us to develop the findings by finding flaws in the processes of the subsystems. Finally, recommendations are suggested for the Human Talent department to improve organization and optimize time. In Chapter IV the conclusions and general recommendations of our Project are made
