Item Mejoramiento de las condiciones de confort térmico, lumínico y visual de los multifamiliares del IESS de la ciudad de Cuenca(2015) Brito Puni, Erika Katherine; Molina Calle, David Esteban; Ramos Monori, Jeimis LeonardoThere is a necessity to design bioclimatic buildings to avoid the excessive use of energy and resources. First, we design new bioclimatic buildings, and on the other, are existing buildings without a bioclimatic design, which is focused in this thesis. Multifamily Complex IESS of Cuenca, is a modern example of the 70 located in El Ejido, considered the first multi-city, and is the complex selected for our analysis of comfort. Initially an architectural analysis complemented with an analysis of the microclimate, thermal, lighting and visual analysis with a direct record of climatic values and a simulation was performed with digital programs. The results allowed to identify problems that presents all comfort and space problems in Cuenca standards architecture. They defined the problems, strategies and architectural blueprint raised to improve the comfort of the resort. It was necessary to review concerning world, Latin American and Cuenca modern architecture; the main concepts of bioclimatic architecture and comfort, concepts that allowed determining the level of comfort of the whole. In addition, elements and climatic parameters were identified Cuenca, two draft bioclimatic architectural intervention as a reference for the design process, and additionally existing materials and construction technologies that could be applied were analyzed.
