    El pago con subrogación como modo de extinguir la obligación

    This work addressed firstly the an analysis of the obligations in civil law; beginning with its concept, features, elements and their sources; below is analyzed each of the modes of extinguishing obligations established in Article 1583 of the Civil Code in force, here we refer to the concept and some general notions of each; taking into consideration our Civil Code in force. After analyzing the topics mentioned above we will proceed to address the issue of monograph how is the payment with surrogacy as a way to extinguish the obligation. Where are studied intensively, their general ideas, concept, classification, procedures, effects and nature. Subrogation is classified on real and personal; where is analyzed detail the personal subrogation to have extensive knowledge of their subdivision. Finally is analyzes the procedures and conclusions reached in the realization the monograph
