    Análisis del proceso de construcción e implementación del sistema de protección integral de niñez y adolescencia en el cantón Cuenca

    The present investigation was developed with the participation of key actors like coordinators, directors, technical agencies, governmental and non-governmental organizations, who work on the issue of the comprehensive protection of Children and Teenagers of the city of Cuenca, established in the art.190 of the Childhood and Adolescence Code. The purpose of this investigation was to analyze the progress of construction and implementation of the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents System in the city of Cuenca, to understand the social process under the legal regulations in force and the coordination between governmental organizations and the Civil society for the construction of the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Teenagers System and its subsequent development in Cuenca. The study is approached from a qualitative approach from the literature review and the application of fifteen interviews; analyzed information in the program Atlas ti 7,5 showing that in Cuenca, the structuring and implementation of this system was marked by a participative process, of the civil society as the State, that showed their achievements and limitations in the organization, definition and functioning of the media to exercise, ensure and protect the enjoyment of the rights, duties and responsibilities of children and Teenagers, and that in the course of the same protection system, the regulatory and policy frameworks provide a series of lessons and lines to follow.

    Análisis del proceso de vinculación con la sociedad de la carrera de Psicología Social en el desarrollo de las competencias profesionales de los estudiantes

    The link with the society of the University of Cuenca is one of the three substantive functions, for this it is executed through the development of linking projects and practices that are carried out in the Faculty of Psychology in this context is to train students academically in formative components, ethical and critical conception of reality for the professional performance of the social psychologist. The present investigation has the purpose of establishing the relationship between the guidelines of connection with society (VS) of the Social Psychology career of the Faculty of Psychology and its incidence in the process of formation of the professional competences of the students of the career. The investigation was oriented to the process of linking with society, based on an epistemological and methodological approach, for which the qualitative approach method was used with a descriptive study of the phenomena or context of the investigation, through the use of the semi-structured interview technique. that was applied to members linked to the process, two focus groups were also carried out on graduate students and others who studied the degree. It concludes by highlighting the milestones of connection with society in the career, such as the development of thought, in the academic and social validation of knowledge that allows students to take off their training skills and abilities, which have enabled new learning and feedback process. and adjust curricular training mesh.
