    This researching job is to evaluate the level of implementation of better practices in the governance of TI in the credit unions according to the segment one of the agreement of the SEPS. The central problem of the research is the low level in the implementations of better practices of the TI in the union credits. This analysis helps to identify how much achievable is the implementation, and also to stablish necessary strategies to can maintain a sustainable and dependable information system for all areas. Also it helps to identify the laws, rules, resolutions and standards that contribute to the correct use of the TI. This analysis was performed taking as base to eight credit unions which are a small number of elements so it was took as a model. It was applied a questionnaire that was elaborated on the base of the beginnings of the ISO 38500 (responsibility, strategy, acquisition, performance, conformance and human behavior) which was aligned with the process of the Cobit 5 and the rule JB-2005-834. This investigation could be a starting point to know how are treated the Information Technologies inside the union credits, what standards are using to manage and how the implementation of the better practices in the Governance of the TI has improve the developing of the business.
