    Características del expendio del chocho y su relación com la contaminación microbiológica en la Ciudad de Cuenca 2014

    The present study focuses on the cunt, which are a food for which demand has increased in recent years mainly due to its easy access, by street vendors; her research is important to identify the characteristics of consumption and its relation to food (ETA) diseases. Objective: Determine the characteristics of the dispensing of pussy and its relation to microbiological contamination in the city of Cuenca 2014. Methods and materials: This is a descriptive study in foreign educational institutions. The show, according Epidat 3.1 with prevalence of 70% of the ETA according to WHO, was 109 institutions; each dispenser applied forms, microbiological culture and biochemical tests were performed. Results: Presence of microorganisms in pussy juice determined by bacterial growth in cultivation and identification thereof by biochemical tests; these are: Kligger: Salmonella and Escherichia coli (25, 75%); Citrate (70, 30%) and SIM (31, 15%), respectively. Conclusions: The pussy is a product of high consumption. There is no proper management of health conditions; the presence of enterobacteria in the product is evident throughout our study, so there is a high risk for foodborne illness.
