    El tiempo que duran las mujeres en conseguir un empleo por la desigualdad de género en Cuenca en el año 2020

    The objective of this paper is finding the factors the genders inequality factors that intervene in women’s duration of unemployment from Cuenca from a sociological perspective through the use of a duration models methodology. These are: nonparametric model and semi parametric model. For this, the data was used referring to unemployed women of the city of Cuenca (ENEMDU of December, 2020). The results of non-parametric show several that factors increase unemployment’s duration and decrease the risk to being hired (survival and risk function respectively), between consist: urban area, poverty, ethnic condition, head of household, care work, untimely dismissal, and higher education; This let check gender inequality with the model semiparametric where it found risks rate and sings meaning in factors. Findings show the difficult that women have to get a job due to gender and structural reasons.
