    Propuesta metodologica para la asignatura de solfeo durante el segundo ciclo del primer año de la carrera de educación musical de la Universidad Nacional de Loja utilizando el material musical de compositores lojanos

    The research presents a study of the teaching of music theory for this subject considered key in music education, which is imparted in institutions of higher learning in the city of Loja, has been characterized by constantly using methods of foreign music theory, the which undoubtedly has contributed to the training of students, but they have been developed for other social reality. Therefore the development of a methodology for the second cycle of the Race of Music Education of the National University of Loja, based on the theoretical framework of music education using music composers material Loja, allowing activity is necessary for hand, insert the student more attractive to theory and the other way, the knowledge and appreciation of the musical legacy left by the great masters of the city of Loja. The survey technique was used in order to gather information from those involved in this work, which the students of V and VII modules Career in Music Education from the National University of Loja was applied in this process; interview aimed at teachers who teach the subject of music theory at the National University of Loja and Salvador Bustamante Celi Conservatory data were used to detect the need for the creation of methodologies, texts and supporting materials to the teaching-learning process was also used notation and the level of acceptance of the proposed text. This enabled the fulfillment of the objectives which leads to the improvement of the curriculum addressed the students of the School of Music Education of the National University of Loja music theory, tending valuation lojanos music composers.
