    El Social selling como canales de comunicación: implementación de canales de comunicación como herramienta de social commerce para mejorar la Imagen corporativa de la empresa DISNACON

    The present intervention modality project was carried out with the purpose of improving the image of the DISNACON distribution company, through the use of digital communication through the Social Selling strategy in the different social networks Facebook, Instagram and Tik tok, the same, that become Social eCommerce tools, generating traffic to its main website, in order to improve relations with the external public, focused mainly on customers, that is, the owners of the supply stores of the Canton Pasaje province of Oro . During the intervention, effective tactics were developed to achieve the objectives proposed in the project, to comply with the correct creation of digital communication channels, mainly the fans Page on the different digital platforms accompanied by the digital strategy of Social Selling for the generation and distribution of digital content on the company's digital platforms. The digital content applied during the intervention of the project generated great advantages for the distribution company DISNACON, since it reached the target audience "customer- store owners" and at the same time generated a competitive advantage over the competition. The methodology applied in the construction of the project is the Mixed Intervention Method, that is, it means that the information can be obtained in a "qualitative and quantitative" way to know the current diagnosis of the company and provide solutions to improve it. In this sense, the implementation of digital communication channels allows interaction and keeping informed of all the activities and services that the company offers to its prospects, that is, current and potential clients of the DISNACON company.
