    Diseño de un modelo de negocio para la Asociación de Producción Textil Puntadas y Stylo “ASOPROTPUNTY”

    The business model was developed for the ASOPROTPUNTY association, located in the city of Cuenca. The main economic activity of the association is the manufacture of clothing in general, beginning its activities in January 2020. The main objective of the business model is to improve the competitiveness of the association by assuming an environmental and ethical-social commitment, to increase the income of the partners For the development of the business model, an analysis of the current situation of the textile industry begins to identify the opportunities offered by the market and its main threats. Similarly, an analysis of the current situation of the association is carried out to find out its strengths and weaknesses. Subsequently, the business model is developed based on the Canvas Model and is complemented with an analysis of the environment, marketing analysis, design of a strategic and operational plan, and an economic and financial analysis. Finally, the impact of the business model is evaluated and the possible risks that may arise in association with their respective mitigation measures are considered.
