The present work is aimed at analyzing, evaluating and proposing control measures for the physical, mechanical and ergonomic risk factors within the Physical Planning Unit of the University of Cuenca. The different physical, mechanical and ergonomic risk factors will be identified by the method of NTP 330: Simplified accident risk assessment system; to later evaluate their impact, using methodologies recommended by INSHT, NIOSH and observational methods such as REBA. Finally, after carrying out the assessment and evaluation of the different risk factors, general and specific prevention measures are proposed that will allow the risk to be minimized, starting at the source, that is, where the risk factor is generated; then in the middle and if not possible in the receiver.; aimed at the well-being of the worker and improving the conditions in which activities are carried out
