    The purpose of this research is to identify the Labor Environment, where employees Agrota Company work, so it aims to make an analysis of the existing organizational climate based on every ambit that have an influence on the performance and labor force productivity. The mean by which we will achieve results to identify improvement proposals is a survey, so the Human Resources Department could have better tools and make better decisions on managing the staff.
