The current situation expressed by an alphanumeric categorization model minimizes the general values of the built heritage and in particular of the objects of study, this factor is not the most favorable for conservation, worse for the intervention whose praxis is to modify, reform, Expand, without glimpsing its cultural significance. In order to face the adversities to which the architectural legacy is exposed, eight chapters are established: Generalities; II know - learn; III to measure; IV value; V inherit - transmit VI innovate, and VIII each developed as a subsystem. (See illustration 1). In the order described, the mentioned chapters are gradually deepened. The object of research is to put into value the vernacular architecture which in synthesis are minds, hands and materials fused by cultural, economic and environmental aspects.
