Item Caracterización constructiva de elementos estructurales en el bahareque fibras, amarres y ataduras como representación cultural del Azuay(SIACOT, 2015) Maldonado Valverde, Alvaro Felipe; Mejia Coronel, Diana PaulinaItem Estrategias para la conservación de la cultura constructiva de bahareque en la ciudad de Cuenca, provincia del Azuay(2017-10-11) Maldonado Valverde, Alvaro Felipe; Guerra Galán, Jaime AugustoThe investigation borns of the need for understanding that is going on with the constructive culture of the bahareque of two study areas, the Historical Center of Cuenca and the second is center of El Valle, for conservation strategies. To achieve this end, the document begins with a theoretical approach, continues with the study of the territory context, identity and memory, is conceptualized from several points of view as anthropology, philosophy and technology. An approach to the conceptualization of the heritage, its classification, its value and the social dynamics related to the traditional techniques of construction on ground, with the concept of constructive culture. After proceeding with the temporal and technological analysis of the construction with the bahareque, its components and its use. The research was done through a diagnosis of use, territory, regulations, inventories, and diagnosis of conservation, its loss and valuation, to be able to propose strategic guidelines. Subsequently, one of the strategies at the pre-feasibility level is presented and applied. The method used is mixed, qualitative and quantitative of participatory action, in various phases and through quantitative (focus groups) (surveys and records). After this dialectical techniques are used to synthesize the diagnosis (problem tree and SWOT matrix) with what is raised strategies based on the diagnosis aligned with the legal framework and the current planning instruments. It was obtained 4 strategic axes (training, institutional, conservation and legal) to finally expose conclusions for the conservation of the CCB.
