Irregularidades por altura de las edificaciones en la Zona O-5 de la ciudad de Cuenca
(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-06-25) Luzuriaga Hermida, Blanca Catalina; Auquilla Clavijo, Sebastián Felipe
The present work has been carried out with the objective of establishing a methodological guide for the height analysis of buildings located in the O-5 zone of the city of Cuenca, through the processing of LiDAR data, using CoProcess and Qgis software. For the determination of the height of the buildings, data capture has been performed in 30 Ha. of the O-5 zone, obtaining a georeferenced point cloud that is subsequently processed and filtered for the generation of graphical and numerical information of the variable height of the building. The results obtained from the LiDAR data processing were contrasted and analyzed with the results obtained from the field survey by conventional methods, finding that the value of the correlation coefficient R is reliable (100%). From the results and the analysis it is concluded that: i) The parameters selected in the methodological guide provide great precision and accuracy in the determination of the height of buildings compared to conventional methods, and ii) The survey and processing of LiDAR data presents an optimal performance in the determination of the height of buildings in an agile and continuous way, providing reliable and updated databases, being advisable its use for the study, planning and urban control of cities.
