    The thesis presents the implementation of a financial plan in Commercial Importer Industrial Co. Quizhpe Rivas. Ltda According to the following structure: With the analysis of the financial statements of previous years 3 we obtain the position of the company at present and knowledge in managing it. With this information the projection of the data is performed to obtain the pro forma financial statements for the first half of 2015, with which a new analysis is performed and the proposal is presented to convert these results in an ideal situation of the company the implementation of real, timely and reliable strategies. This proposal is accepted after an analytical decision by the partners of the company and executed in the coming years for further analysis of compliance.
